After months of diligent preparation, including intensive Matatag Curriculum training, capacity building for our teachers and staff, facility upgrades, curriculum calibration, and extensive consultations with DepEd and education experts, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming activities and official school opening for the school year 2024 to 2025.
Here are some important details and action points that you need to take note of:
A. Virtual Parent Orientation Program (Fully Online)

B. School Opening / Start of Classes

IMPORTANT NOTE: Classes for the first week of school are dedicated for student orientation, building camaraderie, and establishing routines and discipline (books are not yet required). Students may wear any comfortable pants, polo shirt or dress. Wearing of school uniform is not yet required. The school will announce the official schedule of wearing school uniform. |
C. Official Class Schedule
Our schedule of classes is compliant with the required time allotment per subject area of Matatag Curriculum (longer than previous), and takes into consideration crowd control measures during arrival and dismissal time. We highly encourage setting a routine at home as early as now to help your child transition to the new schedule.

D. Enrollment Is Ongoing
For old students who are not yet enrolled, we encourage you to enroll as soon as possible to avoid the risk of losing a spot as we have already opened the slots for new students and transferees. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of slots.
Enrollment may be done online (www.studentdeskims.org/admissions) or onsite from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Grooming & Emergency Kit (follow recommended size of box to ensure it will fit in our shelves and everything is properly labelled with the student's name)  | 12 liters Plastic Storage Box with the following items: Facemask, Soap, Wet Wipes, Underwear, Shirt, Shorts, Toothbrush & Tooth Paste, Diaper (if needed), Tissue or Hand Towel, Alcohol, Powder, Comb, and First Aid Kit (Burn Ointment, Bondage, Betadine, Gauze, Agua Oxynada, Cotton, Band Aid, Plaster Tape, etc.). Other items may be added to the list as needed. Each student must also bring own Safety Helmet, Flash light, and Whistle. |
