Action Required : Quarterly Parent-Teacher Conference & Survey Form

SD IMS ALERT:

ONLINE PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE


Dear SD IMS Families,


Please be reminded that PTCs would be done online. By this time, you should have already received via email your exact schedule for one-on-one meeting with your child’s teacher/s. Please make sure to check and confirm your schedule until today.


A. How It Works


Kindly check your child's email inbox to get the copy of your scheduled Parent - Teacher Conference. Take note of the exact date and time of your meeting with the teacher.


  • Meeting Link is indicated in the email. Please click it on the exact date and time of your meeting with your child's teacher.

  • Please make sure to confirm your slot and let us know ahead of time if you can't make it.

  • Rescheduling is subject to approval and availability of the concerned teacher.


B. Agenda


  • The focus of the conference would be on the results of the second quarterly assessment and shall only take about 10-15 minutes of your time.

  • Any other concerns that will not be covered during the PTC can still be raised via our chat support.

  • Only one parent / guardian may join the video meeting; no need for your child to join as it is intended only for teachers and parents.

  • Please strictly follow your assigned schedule.


C. Progress Report


  • Please check your child's student profile found on your child’s KindrEd Classroom on the day of your scheduled meeting to view their progress report.

  • Report Cards of those with outstanding payment and pending Exams and Grade Sheet submissions would be put on hold.

  • Please note that the access to the Progress Report would be good for seven (7) days.

  • The Official Progress Report will be released at the end of the school year.


D. Survey Form


We are looking forward to meeting with you on our Parent-Teacher Conference. To ensure that our time together is as informative as possible, kindly complete the survey form.


Please submit the Online PTC Survey Form until February 10, 2023 (Friday).
