Final Class Schedule for SY 2022 - 2023

Dear SD IMS Families,

Here's our final class schedule per grade level for school year 2022 - 2023. A more detailed class schedule indicating specific timing per subject / learning area will be posted in our KindrEd Site on or before August 19, 2022 (Friday).

SCHEDULE OF LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

• Classes for the month of August will be done online.

• Phase 1 - once-a-week in-person or face-to-face classes will start on September 5 and ends on September 30, 2022 (see schedule below).

• Phase 2 - twice-a-week in-person or face-to-face classes will start on October 3 and ends on October 28, 2022 (see schedule below).

• Phase 3 - full face-to-face classes will start on November 7, 2022 onwards as mandated by the Department of Education (DepEd).

Schedule for face-to-face classes may change depending on the COVID-19 alert level as declared by the government. In the event of COVID-19 resurgence, all classes will be held online until it is safe for everyone to return to face-to-face classes.

Parents will be notified ahead of time in case there will be changes in the schedule.

Classroom Safety Protocols

• Each classroom is air-conditioned and equipped with an air purifier.

• Disinfection of classroom is done before and after each use. We use UV Care Germ Guard which has UVC germicidal disinfection that kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.

• Both teachers and students are required to undergo thermal scanning and washing of hands before entering the classroom.

• Wearing of facemask is a must at all times.

• All our teachers and staff are fully vaccinated.

• Detailed health and safety protocols will be discussed during the Parent Orientation Program.
