Updated Back to School Checklist

1. Things to Prepare before going to School

2. Make sure to fill out the Fetcher's ID form (Click Here to Submit the Form) until Saturday, September 3, 2022. Those who have filled out the form, you may claim your Fetcher's ID at the admin counter.


3. Check which day you would need to report to school. (Click Here to Check the Final Schedule)

  • Tuesday | 7:30 AM to 12NN (Grade 4, 5, & 6)

  • Wednesday | 9 AM to 11:45 AM (Kindergarten)

  • Thursday | 1 PM to 4:30 PM (Grade 1, 2 , & 3)

4. Pack the things you would need to bring to school.

a. Health, Hygiene & Emergency Kits (must be inside the storage box)

  • Storage Box (the size must be 6L)

  • Face Mask

  • Toothbrush & Toothpaste

  • Alcohol

  • Soap (liquid)

  • Towel (to be replenished daily)

  • Wipes

  • Extra Clothes (short, shirt, underwear)

  • First Aid Kit

  • Small Flash Light

  • Whistle

  • Safety Helmet (no need to put inside the box)

b. SD IMS Blue Bag

  • Books, Notebooks, to be used for the day.

c. Healthy Snacks with bottled water.


5. Health Declaration Form (Click Here to Submit the Form) must be filled out ON THE DAY of face-to-face classes before leaving the house. Your child won't be allowed to ENTER THE CLASSROOM if the form is not completed. IF YOUR CHILD IS UNWELL, inform the school right away and JUST LET YOUR CHILD STAY AT HOME. The child may still attend the class ONLINE.


6. Limit DROP-OFF to 2-3 minutes to avoid overcrowding the school grounds. Proceed immediately to TRIAGE AREA for temperature check and hand sanitation. Parents and guardians are not allowed beyond the triage area. Our teachers and staff will be the ones to assist the students to their respective classrooms.


7. CAMPUS TOUR: Our teachers will tour their students around the campus on their first day of face-to-face classes to familiarize them with our different facilities and the traffic flow.


8. Wearing school uniform is not yet required. Please wear any comfortable clothes.
