Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are writing to inform you about temporary adjustments to our school schedule and learning modality as a precautionary measure due to the recent extreme heat. These changes prioritize the safety and well-being of all the members of our school community by mitigating potential health risks.
Following the Department of Education's (DepEd) guidelines and in consultation with local health experts, we will be implementing the following adjustments:
FOR APRIL 15 ONWARDS
We understand this adjustment may require changes to your routines, and we appreciate your flexibility and cooperation as we prioritize everyone’s safety during this time. We're committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
In the meantime, we encourage you to:
Ensure your child stays hydrated by sending them with a water bottle to school each day. Our school water stations are available for refilling throughout the day.
Follow our recommended dress code, ensuring your child wears comfortable and loose-fitting clothing.
What to Expect During Online Class:
Online Learning Platform: Online classes will be conducted through our official KindrEd Site. Please regularly check your child’s KindrEd Site for any updates from the teacher especially on materials needed for online class.
Technical Support: Our IT team will provide technical support for parents and students who may encounter difficulties during online classes. Please don't hesitate to contact your child's teacher for assistance.
We will continue to monitor the weather conditions and provide further updates if necessary. The health and safety of our school community remain our top priority. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ms. Sarah Alberto - Tordesillas
Program Director
